This is an inexpensive and popular way of creating packages that are tamper proof,
durable and clear for product visability. They are normally displayed using a Euro slot.
The clear plastic blister is attached to the blister card using a heat sealing process which can be fully or semi-automated.
Each type of blister will be designed for a specific application or standardised for a number of parts.
The printed card can be supplied with a special adhesive or just the plastic forming.
Extra strength and security can be gained by using a sandwich blister
pack incorporating the vacuum-formed pack between the card.
An alternative to heat sealed blister packs is the Three Edged Fold Blister which allows a card
to be slid into the blister to encapsulate your product.
